The Floating Tap is fully insured with General Liability Insurance. The Floating Tap can provide copies of our insurance policies to your venue upon request. It is your responsibility to secure any permits needed, but typically, if your event is held on private property, you will not need to secure any permits.

No. All beverages must be purchased and provided to guests by the renter.

No. All drink ware needed for your event must be purchased and provided by the renter. We have found it works great to have a small table next to the trailer with drink ware available for your guests to take and pour their brew. CHEERS!

You may decorate The Floating Tap as long as you tag us in your social media posts @thefloatingtap. No drilling, marking, tape or permanent fixtures may be attached to the trailer. To be safe, please make sure to ask The Floating Tap representative if your decorations will be permitted when reserving the trailer.

Yes. Towing of The Floating Tap trailer is allowed with acknowledgement of a specific rental agreement. Please contact us if you have logistical questions regarding the transportation of The Floating Tap. We are happy to help!
