The renter of The Floating Tap mobile draft trailer must acknowledge & agree to all rental terms on the signed Rental Agreement at the time of booking. The Floating Tap recommends that you inquire about having a one time event hosting insurance policy to protect you and your event from any risk.

Delivery of The Floating Tap Trailer is included if your event is within a 10 mile radius of Johnson Creek, WI (i.e. Jefferson, Johnson Creek, Fort Atkinson, Watertown). The cost for delivery and pick-up of The Floating Tap Trailer within a 10-25 mile radius is $50 each way. The cost for delivery and pick-up of The Floating Tap Trailer within 26-50 mile radius is $100 each way.

Delivery and pick-up for any event located greater than 50 miles is not available.

The Renter has the ability to tow and transport The Floating Tap Trailer themselves to avoid delivery fees. We will require a copy of a valid drivers license and credit card authorization in the event any damages are incurred.

A 10 minute day-of delivery tutorial of the trailer is required when the trailer is transferred to the renter. This is done with the renter or someone claiming responsibility for the trailer during the full rental period. The tutorial will cover the equipment, CO2 pressure and contract details. The renter is responsible for any and all damages occurring while in the renters possession, including damages when transporting the trailer.

In order to reserve The Floating Tap trailer for your event, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to ensure the trailer and any additional rental items will be at your event. The remaining rental balance is due 14 days prior to your event.

The Floating Tap, LLC is not liable for any illegal, underage drinking. The renter will assume full responsibility as outlined in the signed rental agreement for use of the trailer during the entire length of the rental period.
